Privacy Notice

Effective June 18, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how The Kusimo-Frazier Law Firm, PLLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as JusticeReach, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the JusticeReach service (the "Service").

Important: This Service Is Not Confidential

JusticeReach is an AI-powered legal education tool, not an attorney. Your conversations on the Service are not protected by attorney-client privilege and do not create an attorney-client relationship with The Kusimo-Frazier Law Firm, PLLC or any of its lawyers.

This means you should:

  • Not share information here that you would only tell your lawyer.
  • Not share details about pending charges, specific facts of your case, or anything you would not want seen by law enforcement, prosecutors, or a court.
  • Understand that conversations may be stored, reviewed for quality and safety purposes, processed by our AI model providers, and disclosed if required by law.

If you need to discuss confidential case details, please speak directly with a licensed attorney. KF Law Firm offers consultations — (304) 691-0671 or thekflawfirm.com.
